No Standard Returns or Refunds:

• As a B2B manufacturer and exporter, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been produced and delivered due to logistics reasons and shipping costs.

• All products are made to order, based on the client’s specific requirements such as design, size, labeling, etc.

Compensation in Case of Issues:

• In the unlikely event of a genuine manufacturing defect or error from our side, we will offer compensation in the client’s next wholesale order.

• To qualify, clients must notify us and provide clear details and evidence (photos/videos).
